Medicine - Help Me Understand

My prescription of Albuterol vials says QTY 90 - but there are only 30 in the box.
What am I not understanding? It seems like they should have given me more.

Do you mean the label on the box says 90 and they only gave you 30? Or did the Doctor give you a prescription for 90, but then at the pharmacy they only gave you 30? Sometimes my pharmacy gives me just a month long supply and doles them out each month.
If it is where the box says 90 and you only have 30 pills, I would be calling the pharmacy asking where the heck the other 60 are!
