She is not diabetic--if you've been following along, that was the latest step in testing.
So now we do an ultrasound by a "specialist" (meaning he is the one in the area with the equipment-lol) to rule out anything an x-ray might not have caught. And if that comes back clean, we evaluate how much pain she was in, what else we can do for her, etc.
I don't even know any more.

Ugh, I was really hoping it would be something simple. Good luck at the specialist!
P.S. Cat says to tell Penny to try beating on the dogs a bit - it helped him feel better.
P.P.S. I probably wouldn't actually pass Cat's message on to Penny. Your dogs might not be as tolerant as ours.
