What to make for dinner? Parents and In-laws coming...
I'm trying to decide what to make for dinner tomorrow night. My in-laws decided to come over to visit and my parents thought it would be a great time to come see them. Unfortunately, I have no idea what to make. My mother is allergic to wheat, diary, soy, and eggs. My mother in law is a diabetic. My father hates onions and sour cream.
Help? LOL

Sounds like something heavy in protein would work well, along with a veggie side.
A few ideas:
Chili Roasted Chicken and Sweet Potatoes
Roasted Chicken with Yams, Fennel & Lemon
you can omit the onions - Crockpot Sausage, Peppers & Onions
Lemon Basil Pork Chops
I have a bunch of seafood options, too.

What is the weather like there; hot, cold...? If it's cold you could do something like chicken and dumplings. You could also make a roast. I know you said your father hates onions so you could omit or just not serve him the onion slices.
