Hey Ladies! I was thinking I read on here about the 100 pushup challenge. Any thoughts about it? Anyone complete it? Were you pleased w your results?

I'm not sure what the 100 pushup challenge is but my trainer has us all doing the pushup/situp challenge. We do 1 pushup and 1 situp a day..
Example
Jan 1 - 1 situp, 1 pushup
Jan 2 - 2 sit up, 2 pushup
Jan 3 - 3 sit up, 3 pushup
ETC ETC. When you're at the end of start of the new month you just keep going, Right now we're at 68 pushups and 68 situps. We'll keep going until the end of the year.

I'm doing a 100-day pushup/situp challenge, like PP described. I'm on day 88.
That's kind of a good idea I like it!
I did it last year and got to the point where I could do about 60 pushups at one time, so I was pretty pleased with that. Then I just got lazy and quit
I do think it works though if you stick with it.
