Is anyone else here trying to lose weight?
I definitely gained a bit of "happy" weight right after our wedding (and I was already a little chubby to begin with) that I would really like to get rid of.
I've lost 10 pounds so far (of about 40 that I need to lose). The last month or so has been really rough and I'm a bit frustrated.
I ate really well the entire week, tracked everything, etc... and was expecting to lose weight. But instead, the scale showed I was UP.
I'm sure it's something stupid like sodium or water weight, but this whole process is just so FRUSTRATING.
Guess I was just looking to see if anyone else is in the same boat.

I don't know if your looking for advice on a workout program, but I'm doing Turbo Fire. I have lost 15pd since October and I love the program. It is the first one I have stuck with. Plus I also use shakeology as a meal replacement and I love it too.

I am also trying to lose weight. I'm doing a 5-days-a-week workout regimen with 3 days of weight training and 2 days of cardio for 30 minutes every morning when I first wake up. I'm also on a restricted calorie diet. In about 3 or 4 weeks of this, I lost 2 pounds, gained 3 pounds, then lost 1 pound. WTF?! I'm probably gonna have to get back on phetermine, which I HATE, because I hate feeling like I can't lose weight without it. Stupid PCOS.

I've actually tried Turbo Fire before at a workout class. Do you do it daily?
I've heard that they are getting a vegan shakeology (the rest all have whey in them) and a friend is supposed to get my some samples. Do you use the shakes as a post workout recovery?

You may not be eating enough- I know that sounds counterintuitive, but if you aren't eating enough calories, your body will go into preservation mode and hold on to fat and cause you to plateau.

I try doing Turbo Fire 5 days a week. I drink shakeology for breakfast. I don't do anything for post workout recovery other than drink water. I got a sample of the new tropical shakeology. It is just not for me a little to chaulky, so I will be sticking with chocolate. Others love the new flavor, so you might too.

I'm on MFP, too, same name! I've lost 10 lbs in the last couple of months just cleaning up my eating (not buying processed food at the store) and doing exercise like zumba and at least an hour on the elliptical every day. I've been slacking this week, though.
Bwahaha. Nice.
My favorite one of these is the "You're wearing a North Face Jacket? You must have so many adventures!"
