What's the deal!?

I've been on eharmony for like a month, and I have messaged TONS of guys. They barely EVER answer! What's the deal? I'm kind of disappointed. One guy recently messaged me, we went through all of the guided crap, and then we FINALLY got to real messages, which were going well so after a couple messages I just HINTED at actually meeting up, and he hasn't answered since! wtf?? And another guy I thought was really promising just quit responding part way through guided, I don't know if there was something on my must have/cant stand lists that was terrible? I mean they are all pretty standard things I don't get how a guy would be like "What? She doesn't like cheaters? I LOVE cheating, so I'll just stop talking to her"but the weird thing is he still looks at my profile. what's the deal!?!

 

I just want to go out on a date daamnit, I'm bored!!!

I think that an overwhelming majority of the matches they send you are not paid members and therefore cannot reply.  I signed up a couple of weeks ago and only communicated with 4 guys in total and really only liked one that closed our match in like stage 2 of the guided communication.  I think eharmony is a collosal waste of time and money.  There are much better dating sites out there.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. I really don't like using it, but I paid for it damnit! They got me with the discounts and I paid for 3 months. Grrr. I might just give up and go back to Match soon.

I don't have much luck on eHarmony either.  Not a lot of action and also don't get responses from messages or abrupt endings once already communicating.  It's weird.  My POF account has turned out way better for me so far.  That's how I met C and he's fun so far.
