I have six boneless chicken breasats that I have to do something with. What are some of your favorite crockpot chicken recipes?

Chicken and dumplings!
Cut up the chicken, put it in the crockpot with cream of chicken soup (i use the campbell's kind with herbs), chicken broth, and any veggies you want (I add celery, carrots, and corn). Cook it on low 6-8 hours.
Then add biscuit dough (pillsbury grands or your fave brand) broken up into pieces. I typically add dough until the top is covered and then let that cook for a good 30 minutes or more. Then I add more dough. If you add too much at once it will all stick together and won't really form dumplings.
Measurements......I usually use 4 boneless skinless breasts, three cans of soup, at least a cup of broth (or water), and a package and a half of biscuits. Veggies are at your discretion. Add more water or broth if it's too thick.
How big is a "carton" of chicken broth?
