Using up raisins or candied ginger?

I'm very guilty of buying ingredients and figuring I will use them in something. My cupboard is so overflowing. I have lots of raisins and lots of candied ginger.  What recipes do you recommend that use these up? Recipes that use one or the other would be very appreciated!

How about oatmeal raisin cookies? You could add chopped candied ginger too. I bet that would be pretty awesome.

My favorite cookies are ginger oatmeal raisin. You basically make oatmeal raisin cookies (with some ground ginger and cayenne in the dry mixture) and throw in a ton of chopped candied ginger. Delicious.
