Tonight is meatless due to Lent, so we are having pasta with artichokes, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese. Got that.
I'm finishing up my meal plan and headed to the grocery store tomorrow, but this is what I'm thinking.
-Veggie burgers and sweet potato fries
-Homemade chicken fingers, mashed potatoes and some kind of veggie
-Deep dish cheeseburger pizza
-Oven baked nachos
-Parmesan crusted turkey breast with steamed broccoli and maybe rice
-Roasted veggie enchiladas with chips, salsa and guac
Fri - ribeye steaks on the grill with garlic mushrooms, baked potatoes, lettuce salad, fresh fruit
Sat - leftovers
Sun - leftovers
Mon - chicken Parmesan pizza
Tues - chicken lo mein
Weds - caramelized onion burgers, roasted asparagus
Thurs - leftovers
Fri - some type of burgers and some type of salad
Sat - not sure, maybe salmon chowder
Sun - baked ham, mac and cheese, some type of veg
Mon - Spiced Chipotle Honey Chicken Breasts with Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans
Tue - Thai meatloaf with Peanut Sauce, asian slaw (carried over)
Wed - need something easy, maybe pizza or steak sandwiches
Thu - pernil (from freezer), rice and beans
Fri - crockpot split pea soup
Monday - Paprika Braised Chicken
Tuesday - Sweet Pork Tacos w/Cilantro Ranch Dressing
Wednesday - Take-out of some sort...babysitting my godson
Friday - Sirloin Steaks w/Ancho Chile Sauce & Citrus Salad

Sunday - I think I'm going to make Kale, Sausage and White bean soup
I have Penne Puttanesca on holdover from this week.
I got a free subscription to Martha Stewart's Everyday Food (mini) magazine and I really like it - so I'm going to pick some stuff out to try next week I think. I want to make the sofrito that's in there because you can freeze it.

Fri: lasagna-stuffed portobellos, sauteed spinach, maybe pasta
Sat: hosting St. Paddy's dinner- shrimp with green herb sauce and cheddar-beer dip with crudites for apps, corned beef w/ carrots and potatoes, cottage pie (using ground turkey, since we have a couple non-red meat eaters), sauteed cabbage and two kinds of soda bread for dinner, and black and tan brownies (a Guinness brownie with a Harp or Blue Moon blondie) and Irish coffees for desert
Not sure which day is which yet, but Sunday we'll be buying stuff for several meals ...
- Some kind of pasta w/ turkey bolognese (that I'll defrost), garlic knots, salad
- Some kind of fish with some kind of miso glaze, rice or other grain, saut?ed veggie (whatever looks best at the store)
- Huevos Rancheros (sort of a dinner version)

I about fell out of my chair this morning when I got an email from DH with some suggestions for the week. He never offers any help in that department!
Sat - N/A - we are meeting my new nephew! We'll probably just get a pizza or pickup some carry out for everyone (I don't have time to make & bring a meal)

Mon - Black bean patties with corn relish and avocado cream, sweet potato wedges
Tues - guajillo-spiced pork and potatoes in the slowcooker, salad?
Wed - chicken with green chile-tomatillo-avocado sauce, black beans
Thurs - fattoush salad with grilled chicken
Fri - slowcooker Tex-Mex chicken stew (from the freezer)
Sunday: Rolling over the Garlic Alfredo and Panzanella from last week.
Monday: Spicy Citrus Shrimp Tacos with Southwestern Cream Sauce, black bean and corn salsa
Tuesday: I?m making a big batch of Turkey Chili to munch on through out the week.
Wednesday: Orange and Rosemary Pork Tenderloin, crash hot potatoes and broccoli
Thursday: Leftover Turkey Chili
Friday: Grilled Lime Chicken with chimichurri sauce, brown rice with tomatoes and leftover black bean and corn salsa.
Saturday: A gigantic burger. Most likely, Brie Stuffed Burgers and french fries.
