Friday in Lent = meatless for us tonight.
We are having pasta with artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.
Cooking will be slim to none since my kitchen is being demolished! Down to the studs!
Tonight will be pizza and it's lent so no meat. I will get the guys a couple large cheese & mushroom pizzas and I am going order myself a plain cheese pizza, well done. I have had a craving for a plain cheese pie for a while now!

I think I am going to go out to an awful Italian place nearby. I just rode in the car for 1.5 hours to pick up my race packet for my marathon tomorrow. I'm tired. My feet hurt. I don't want to stand up. I need white carbs.

I'm making a recipe from the Inn we went to in Maine a few weeks ago...Red Pepper and Artichoke Dip. It was so good I can't wait to have it again!

That sounds really good! I picked up a beer from WF a couple months ago that was brewed with sake yeast. It was really intriguing.
