Still working on the cider with sake yeast.  It's Crispin.  I also love their Honeycrisp and Landsdowne. 

After this a beer, probably a pumpkin one.  Either Brooklyn's Post Road or Dogfish Head's Punkin Ale.  I'm using alcohol as a motivator for cleaning.  Ha.

I've never had that one!  Not sure when it comes out, but I'm guessing it's a summer beer and the spring beers are out now, so it can't be too long!
