What is your favorite cookbook?
If you could only have one cookbook, what one would it be and why?
Mine would probably be the Good Housekeeping Cookbook that I have had for years and years. It has a large variety of recipes and they are all illustrated, which I like. I do not like cookbooks without or with few pictures.
Paranoid motherfuuckers: All your pics and info are now on Pinterest. Have fun finding them!

My favorite cookbook is not the one i would choose if I could only have ONE (like, stranded on a desert island and need one book).
My favorite is probably Moosewood Cookbook.
My 'stranded on a desert island' would be Ratio.
ps. I wrote 'dessert' island first.
From Hey To Horses
I would like to go to this dessert island.
My favorite cookbook is Cook's Illustrated's The New Best Recipe.

Ditto. Cook's Illustrated's The New Best Recipe.
It has pretty much every recipe you could need and everything works. But, few pictures.
