Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Anyone have any luck with this when nothing else worked? I've never used it before but I'm wondering if I would like it or not. Care to share your experience?
Re: Weight Watchers?
TBH, I don't know how it would be when you have plateaued on something else. But whoever runs your meetings would probably be able to help you get past the plateau with some advice.
Or you could see a nutritionist.
I am having success on WW (meetings). I like the program. The meetings help me stay motivated and accountable. I don't worry about the scale and have realized this is a long term change in how I approach food and eating. I've lost 22 pounds so far.
There are members in my group who have lost over 100 lbs and one who has lost more than 150 lbs. Slow and steady wins the race. I also really like how the new WW points plus program focuses on healthy whole food choices (called "Power Foods") and portion control.
