NCR- Help with outfit!
I asked this on the F&B board but no one has responded so I figured I'd ask my WC ladies! 
Please help me!
I'm in love with a dress posted by another lady on here (vow renewal post). It would be perfect for an Easter brunch that I'm going to soon. The only problem, its sleeveless. I HATE my arms and refuse to wear things like that without a jacket or something. The brown belt on the dress is throwing me off a bit as I usually play it safe and go with black. What kind of jacket/shrug/bolero would look good with it? Thanks ladies!

I would change the belt to a black one and I would wear a plain black bolero with cap sleeves. I would rock out some big dangly earrings that have the same blue as the dress in it, bangles and some killer heels.
I was going to suggest the same.
Just my opinion, but I don't love that dress... It has a lot going on. The lace, the rouging, the need for some belt thing (and your right, that brown belt is terrible,) so much texture and even on that model it's not flattering. I feel that the Bolero jacket suggested is cute, but I don't see it really complementing that dress.
Love the color, but think you could find a better dress.
Again.... just my opinion.
