Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hmm did I screw up by slow cooking on high?

Cooking a beef chuck roast, to be used in our favorite shredded beef taco recipe. It calls for 8-10 hours on low, but I got a late start (I blame DST) so I thought I'd try high for 6ish hours....still has a bit to go but is high really "high" and I'm going to dry it out or if I give it until it starts to shred with a fork I should be ok? I hate cooking red meat....
