Every morning I get up, let her out, fill her food bowl and and water bowl. I get ready for work, let her in and leave. She eat a few bites and then go back to sleep.
DH is still home sleeping as he works nights, so I can't exactly play with her and her favorite squeaky toys.
When I get home, I let her out and play with her. She come in and eat a little more. When I go to bed, she'll eat the rest of her food.
Yesterday, I did the same morning routine only she didn't snack, just back to sleep. I came home and left her out, played with her, but she didn't eat when she came back in.
When I woke up this morning, she didn't eat when I went to bed. I let her out, she came back in, didn't eat. And now it's 11pm and her food is still sitting out.
What can I do?

This. Sometimes we add some cooked white rice if our dogs have a tummy ache.
Also, some pesties have found that not leaving food bowls out all day helps their dog eat right away. (I've never had to try this, my fatty dogs eat like a vacuum within 5 minutes of their bowls being down). But if it's not a tummy ache issue, he could just be developing his own pattern since he knows the food bowl will always be there.
