I am trying so hard to not be snarky. My cousin's girlfriend is a spin instructor and I asked her if she wanted to teach for me maybe once a week. She isn't great, but she is practically family, so I am doing her a favor.
Right now I have more instructors than classes because everyone wants to work for me.
My only rule is that you cannot teach spin anyplace else in this town if you work for me. She basically has been sending me these emails that sound like her thinking out loud to me. She doesn't want to leave gym xxxx because of yyyy and also because of zzzz. I don't care.
I told her that I will put her on the sub list because her situation sounds too complicated.

THIS is what I thought too! Yeah, I am not begging anyone or reaching out to anyone. They can come to me, we can chat, they can teach. It is really that simple if they want it to be.
I was thinking this too. She's fishing for "I need you" . When we all know you don't. Ugh.
