Great week!!

I'm doing a 5K on St. Patrick's Day with my family. (well the kids are doing the peewee mile.)  I've been doing the Hal Higdon Novice Training plan. 

Tuesday (3/6/2012) -3 miles on the treadmill (35 minutes/ 11:39 pace)

Thursday (3/8/2012)- 2 miles on the treadmill (22 minutes/ 10:59 tried to increase the speed)


Saturday- (3/10/2012) 3.3 miles outdoors.(37 minutes (11:32) I was scheduled for 3 but the route doesn't really work out to 3.0. 


Sunday (3/11/2012)- walked on the treadmill while watching Once Upon a Time. DH was playing video games in the family room and the only other cable is in front of the treadmill. Thought using the treadmill would be better than sitting on it. 

This week ends with the flat 5K on Saturday. I plan to run 3 tonight on the treadmill and 2 on Wednesday. Rest Thursday and Friday and run the race!! 
My goal is to run the whole thing and be under 35 mins. :0)
