Do you still ride saddleseat? You can probably guess from my screen name and avatar that I grew up showing Saddlebreds. I got into hunters in college when I rode for the college equestrian team (IHSA). I've been jumping since. I ride about 5-6 months a year right now in between mountain bike and cyclocross seasons. DH fox hunts. I mostly ride for fun, take lessons, do the occasional hunter pace, and goof around. We are lucky that our trainer has 35+ very lovely horses (really, you can't even call them school horses b/c they are as nice as most "private" owners' show horses) including a few warmbloods, which tend to be my favorites. Roma is a Dutch Warmblood.

Hi!
Yes, I do. I don't have a horse right now so I ride when I can catch a ride. My kids do leadline on a pinto pony that my mom owns. My cousin has a saddlebred barn so I ride there when I can.
I've been riding since I was really little and done hunter ponies, ASB, Arabian (show hack, country pleasure, equitation), and driving. My mom is really into horses and my step dad is a farrier.
