WDYT?

I am trying to plan our open house event and I want to give them all something with our logo and information on it.  I would love to do shirts, but we just can't afford to spend that much yet.

I also like the idea of aluminum bottles, but they are a little pricey also.

Do you like the idea of one of those recycled tote bags (like for groceries) with our logo on it?  Would you think that was a neat little gift?

Re: WDYT?

  • are the little hand towels real expensive too? Everyone is supposed to carry those at the gym to wipe the equipment off after we've used it.

  • I personally like those, and DH and I are trying to collect them so we can one day have all our groceries in free reusable bags, lol. But I know others that don't. However, those people that don't want/use them, donate them -- so the name still gets out there.

  • yes, we use our reusable totes all the time!

The hand towels are a good idea, too!

  • Towels are also a good option.  I was just thinking the bags could be carried around town and that would be like free advertising.
  • I hoard the totes, so I think it's a great idea!

Especially since our city is about to start a no bag policy

  • I love those totes! Also, your clients can use them to go to the studio.

  • I like the tote idea, and the hand towels. I'd definitely use a totebag.

Are you signed up through Vistaprint? We do all of our marketing stuff through them and so far everything has turned out great. H made up some shirts, and because they send offers via email a lot, we got a lot off (we only order new stuff when the deals come out).

  • Love the tote idea.  I try to remember to bring those with me when I grocery shop so I collect as many as possible.  They are also great for bringing supplies/dishes to gatherings/parties/holidays and often my family/friends notice the tote I'm using.

I'm a big Vistaprint promoter. I love their stuff. A friend turned me on to them and H and I both have taken advantage of a lot of their products.

If you decide to go that route, let me know. I can email you a referral and you'll get a bonus discount (if you're comfortable with giving me your email. I understand if not).

  • I really like the tote/towel idea. You should look into pens (if they're cheap) that's a easy way for free advertisement. Who doesn't use free pens?! :)

We do this at the law office and people love them.

  • I love those bags. I have like 19 of them. I keep them in the back of my car so I have them at all times!

  • I like the bag idea. Seems like it would be more beneficial for advertising than the towel.

  • I like the bags too, especially if they're a little on the bigger size...I use some of my bigger ones to carry my nasty, sweaty yoga clothes after class.
Damn you Nest for screwing up my siggy!
