Sterilizing diva cup question
Do you do yours after every single cycle?
Re: Sterilizing diva cup question
This. It is probably why I had to battle a yeast beast, though, so when I go back to the cup after birthing my LO, it's back to boiling every cycle for me.
Best sound ever: baby's heartbeat! (Heard @ 10w1d)
I decided that boiling it just to put it in a permeable dusty bag in my closet was not worth the hassle.
I water rinse during and use non-anti bac soap and a 'not for the mouth' toothbrush at the end.
