What a shockingly sh!tty week
Is it too early to classify it that way? I think not.
Thus far this week, I have a board meeting at work and no one is doing what they're supposed to, except for me.
My reviewer for our regulatory stuff has been seriously cracking down, which means I get to re-do all of the work other people have done before me.
Now, I got a call from my best friend from law school who tells me she was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. She has a 3 month old baby.
So, yeah, pretty sh!tty. Now I am off to make plans to attend her head shaving party in a couple of weeks.
