s/o Story Time

Confession: I was waiting for the creeper to be your husband. I thought that's what you were hinting at and it was just going to be a romance fail.

That reminded me: My freshman year in college I was dating a guy who lived in another building. We went out one night and got pretty drunk and he spent the night in my dorm room. He got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom wearing nothing but his boxers. He got turned around somehow and went left instead of right, and ended up at the door exactly opposite mine (our floor was H-shaped and identical on both sides). He opened the door and got into bed...with some poor foreign exchange student. LUCKILY she didn't scream or stab him or anything, but I bet she was totally freaked. He felt so bad about it.

  • That is hilarious!!!  The only story I have is that I ran into a mirror last year thinking it was the bathroom door.  D'oh!

  • hahhaa, oh my, I bet she is still telling that story to this day as well!

How funny!    I would have been mortified if something like that happened, but it probably isn't hard in a dorm like that where every door looks the same!

  • LOL, I actually have a somewhat similar story.

My sophomore year in college I was down in my friends room in the dorm late one night.  When I came back to my own room at like 2 in the morning, my roommate was asleep in her bed, and there was some random dude sleeping in my bed.  I just figured it was one of my roomates friends so I went back down the hall and slept in my friends room.

Well the next day I asked my roommate who the guy was in my bed, and she said "Oh my God, I thought you knew him!"  She had no idea who this guy was and she slept in the same room with him all night!  She's lucky he didn't try anything on her, or that he wasn't a major psycho, but after that we always kept our room locked!

  • When I was 10(ish?) I watched TV with my mom in her bed and fell asleep. My Dad didn't want to wake me so he decided to sleep in my bed. In the middle of the night, I woke up, and walked to my bed. I crawled into it and he was in there. I screamed. I maybe even cried (I don't remember), and he was surprised too. Ever since then, I turn on the light before getting into bed. Always.
