I've got a quart of half and half that I need to use quick
I think it expires tomorrow or thursday. Any ideas? I'm pretty much open to anything...dessert sounds good at the moment mostly because I just ate dinner. LOL

I am craving ice cream, so I would say ice cream and hot fudge sauce.

You do know that it can't tell time and won't magically go bad at midnight on the expiration date, right.
I freeze stuff like that when it is approaching the expiration date and I can't think of something to do with it right away.
