Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. And other protein filled snacks. So far today I have eaten a chicken biscuit, greek yogurt with honey, about 10 almonds, and a slice of cheese. I'm RAVENOUS! I need to know what nuts/other things to eat to fill me up and keep me that way for more than 5 minutes!

I have oatmeal, I might try adding that in tomorrow. I have to drink eleventy billion gallons of water a day, so that's not the problem.
Nuts are good but agree sometimes they just aren't filling enough!
My faves are pistachios and cashews.
Also, have you been drinking enough water? Often times our bodies confuse dehydration with hunger
