I'm pretty pissed that I got my promotion last week and they aren't giving me a raise for 90 days. I've done this job when covering for my boss many, many times so I don't see why I need an eval period.
Can you ask for the pay to be retroactive? Like, after the eval period you'll get a sum of money to make up for the difference between your current salary and whatever your new one is?
DH got a raise in November and they did the same thing. HOWEVER, February was the 90daymark and they still haven't paid him the extra money. Now they're avoiding his phone calls...
Phlebotomist is a weird word.
