I am going to pick up a store bought rotisserie chicken and some fresh rolls.  I am really tired of not having a kitchen and now I can't even get into our basement where we have our microwave, toaster and toaster oven plugged in!!  I have to keep reminding myself it will be worth it in the end.

We're going out.  I hope we got up to the Killy Pub, but I'll be happy with just about anywhere other than pizza -- we had homemade pizza last night.  Maybe DH will agree to try the new Thai place.  He's given up chips (including french fries and wedges) for Lent, so tempting him with fish & chips at a pub might not be the best idea.

I was going to make a chicken recipe I saw on Pinterest, but I neglected to thaw the chicken. Therefore, I had scrambled eggs and pepperjack cheese on two corn tortillas. This is often my default, and I love it so much!
