Running Commando

OMG..why have I waited so long to do this! I was so much more comfy than worrying about a wedgie. Big Smile

Re: Running Commando

  • Lol!  I have yet to try this :)  I know that is why the running shorts have a built in liner but I just can't bring myself to do it...although having sweaty underwear is pretty gross so I may try it this summer when it is 90 degrees out ;)
  • I never wear underwear when working out! It's a life changer! Do it! And for those of you who wear thongs whne working out, I don't get it! ;)  Just don't wear undies!

Who is going to bring back the commando badge?

  • Maybe this is TMI but I do not wear running shorts and always wear capris, etc.  Wouldn't running commando in these cause some irritation?  Maybe a yeast infection?  I used to go commando all the time in HS but I would get YI once every 2-3 months or so and my doctor told me it was due to going commando?
  • I had zero iritation.

I would think the opposite would happen since it's not as restricted down there (in regards to yeast infections).

  • Might have to give it a try!  Thanks :)
  • I've never had a problem going commando with wearing capris as long as I don't wear them for more than 1 work out.
  • I've never had a problem going commando with wearing capris as long as I wash them after every wearing.
