My sister and I are the only bridesmaids for our other sister's wedding. For her bach party we reserved a 1200 sq ft hotel suite and we are planning on having drinks and snacks there and then head out later to bars/clubs. There are 10 to 12 girls total attending.
The party starts at 7:00pm and we did not want to plan a restaurant dinner b/c 1) my sis and I could not afford to pick up that whole tab and 2) all guests have to spend money on hotel rooms so we are trying to keep their spending down.
What kind if food/snacks could I make ahead of time and transport to the hotel? I will have to leave my house at 10:00am and travel 2 hours to location and then not be able to check in until 4:00pm. I feel like this is a logistical nightmare and I need help!!

Re: xp:Bachelorette party in hotel suite - food/snack options?
Sorry someone asked me on WC and I should have updated my post here.
We can bring coolers and there is a mini fridge but no microwave.
They suggested on WC to order pizzas and there is a great sandwich/hoagie place we could order from. I still want to bring snakcs but I am guessing the easiest things would be chips and salsa or crackers/veggies and hummus. I was just trying to think of something more fun but I know my options are limited.
We did this for my SIL's bachelorette party and just brought chips/taco dip/salsa and veggie pizza and it was barely touched. We ordered pizza/salad and everyone ate that. We had also brought two 15" subs for after drinking (8 girls) and those were gone in like 10 min of returning to the room, along with much of the leftover pizza. We kept the food in a cooler and it stayed plenty cool enough.
I would keep snacks to something very simple and small and do the pizza/sandwiches. Everyone seemed pleased with that menu.
Thank you - this really helps me a lot!!
Ditto to ordering pizza or sandwiches. I'm sure everyone can kick in $10 for that. You could order wings or onion rings from a pizza place.
As far as bringing stuff, I would definitely get some chips and pretzels and things like that. You can also make/buy dips and keep them in Tupperware in the cooler ... sausage dip (cooked crumbled sausage, a can of Rotel and a block of cream cheese), hummus, spinach and artichoke dip, queso, salsa, beer dip, corn and black bean salsa, whatever you like best. Also bring a couple bags of baby carrots and a few boxes of crackers. Those ready-made cheese and cracker platters with the little pepperoni slices always go REALLY fast at parties in my circle. Possibly something sweet for later, like cookies or brownies.
I would also bring in beer, wine and sodas so that you don't have to buy it when you get to AC. The little snacks will be good if you're drinking because people get snacky after a few beers
