counter height table near kitchen island?
Would it look OK or odd to put a counter height pub table near a kitchen island? So both would be the same height.
The benefit is that we can have 4 counter height bar stools, two can live at the island and two can live at the table. But we can move all 4 to the table when we have company. We expecting LO #1 and I want to attach a highchair to the table; I imagine it'll be there for a couple years.
I was thinking that staggered heights would look better, so a bar height pub table instead. Of course than means the bar stools can't be at either the table or the counter. And I haven't found any adjustable height wood stools that I like.
Functionally a counter height pub table would suit us better. But would it look OK from a decor perspective?
