using up pie filling

I have a few opened cans of pie filling from when I made hamentashen two weeks ago.  I have Raspberry, Apricot, Prune and Poppy.  They're all about 2/3 - 3/4 full.  What are easy ways to use these up?  I was thinking of maybe making Lintzer cookies with the raspberry filling, which I think I have a recipe for in my Craft of Baking book.

In not-so-related news, my sister-in-law is giving birth in the next few days (due last week, being induced on Monday if she hasn't gone on her own by then!) so I could always make something to bring to their home (to feed them and the masses who will be coming to see the baby).

Ideas?
