Cupcake Bakers.......baking cup question!

Where online do you buy your baking cups or cupcake liners that don't fade after baking? Or even just give me brand name!

I want to be able to see the pretty design. I'm tired of planning out cupcake designs to only have the liner fail me.

I am lurking on this question... I hate that they look so terrible after baking!

A great site is bakeitpretty.com but my least riskiest solution when I really want the liners to be a focus is to use double liners (with plain ones on the inside, not 2 of the nice ones) so the pretty liners don't fade from the cake.

I've gotten really pretty liners from shopbakersnook.com. But they were ones that you bake the cupcake, then put them in the liner.

They can get pricey, but are good for a special occasion.

Where ever you buy them from, just make sure they are greaseproof and you shouldn't have a problem!

Crate & Barrel has decent liners.  I buy the holiday liners when they're on clearance.  They seem to hold up well.  I used Wilton liners that I bought at Wal-Mart for Valentine's Day.  I was pleased how nice they looked after baking.  I agree with PP, doubling up will always do the trick.

I finally found great baking cups at a grocery store! Reynolds Staybrite cups are amazing. They're affordable and mostly what I use now.You can see some of the polka dot liners in cupcake pictures on my blog.

When I need a different theme liner, I often go to Michael's and buy Wilton. Some have worked well and others haven't. I used to order off some online websites, but I honestly think it's a bit too expensive for a product that is very similar to what my local craft store offers for less.

ditto. although most of the time, I only use the cheapo ones from the 99c store because I'm only sharing it with family

I use pretty ones from crate and barrel (holiday clearance as well) for ones for a bake sale at work.
