1) having a towel service (wash, deliver, etc) is so outrageously priced!  I will be the towel biitch for a while I guess.

2) if you want something done right, do it yourself.

3) If you withhold 1/2 of someone's payment until they have completed their job, they tend to get it done quickly for you.

4) NY state runs at a snails pace.

So true.  Once M told the landscaper that we'll pay the second 50% the day he's done, all of a sudden it was only going to take 5-6 days tops to do the back yard.
