What I'm thinking and all I've got so far (no order)
Deep dish cheeseburger pizza w/ground turkey
Slow cooker shredded beef tacos
Cooking a turkey in the slow cooker (got one for an amazing price the other day) and having it one night with mashed potatoes and some kind of veggie, then putting the rest in turkey rice soup for another night.
Fri - chicken Parmesan pizza
Sat - BLAT burgers, fruit salad
Sun - leftovers
Mon - sweet potato, black bean, and green chile enchiladas with tomatillo salsa
Tues - leftovers
Weds - Thai sesame noodles
Thurs - leftovers
Fri - balsamic strawberry pizza with applewood smoked bacon
Fri - pizza with goat cheese, prosciutto, roasted tomatoes
Sat - grapefruit margaritas, seven layer dip, green chile cheeseburgers, basic coleslaw, grilled potato and vegetable salad, whole wheat chocolate chip cookies
Sun - home corned beef with carrots, potatoes, and brussels sprouts, brown soda bread
Mon - chopped salad with tofu croutons
Tues - sushi bowls
Wed - black bean spaghetti squash tacos
Thur - roasted tomato soup with grilled cheese

Mine is kind of lame since DH is OOT and I really need to use up some leftovers/stuff from the freezer:
Sat: hosting St. Pat's apps- shrimp with green herb dip and Guinness-cheddar spread and crackers, dinner- corned beef w/ carrots and potatoes, (ground turkey) cottage pie, braised red cabbage, dessert- black and tan brownies, Irish coffees
Sun: probably leftovers from Sat
Mon: homemade chicken tenders (from the freezer), oven fries and steamed broccoli
Tues: chipotle-green chile pot roast (from the freezer) over jack cheese polenta with avocado-corn salad
Wed: samoas bars for dinner with friends (using up some partial bags of caramels, coconut and chocolate)
Thurs: ginger-scallion noodles with shrimp (from the freezer) and snap peas
Fri: taking DD out for dinner, if I had to guess she'll want Noodle & Co
Sat: roasted garlic chicken pizza
Sun - out
Mon - Slowcooker Asian tacos (basically I am making this with beef instead of pork, and without the veg, serving with cucumber slaw & tortillas)
Tues - shrimp with spicy orange sauce, brown rice, either snap peas or bok choy
Wed - mushroom-crusted chicken burgers, salad
Thurs - grilled chicken, cannelini beans with bulgur, tomatoes, and arugula
Fri - breaded buffalo chicken, corn, some kind of green veg
Mon: Crisp Salmon with Braised Red Cabbage
Tues: Hoisin-Glazed BBQ Pork with Creamy Avocado Potato Salad
Wed: leftovers
Thurs: Chickpea Biryani
S - Pasta. Thinking of incorporating turkey sausage, roasted butternut squash, and sage. Will try for a green salad, depending on what kind of greens I can find.
M - Quiche. Turkey ham, broccoli, and cheddar. And a turkey ham, sauteed onions, and cheddar. A sauteed broccoli side dish.
T - The housemaid asked if she could make Filipino beefsteak. Thinking of spinach as a side. And of course there will be rice.
W - A simple Indonesian chicken recipe from an Ina Garten cookbook. Want to use leftover rice to make a complimentary fried rice. Roasted veggie of some sort.
T - Probably out. This is our "Friday" and when we tend to go out with friends.
F - Roasted turkey breast, stuffing, green beans of some kind.
S - Leftovers

Thursday: out for friend's bday
Sunday: Using up the leftover corned beef from St. Patricks Day and making Reuben Sandwiches. Our favorite!
