Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anyone have a passover cupcake/cake recipe?
I am doing a seder and wanted to make cupcakes for all the kids, but as you might know the cake options are slim and/or yuck. help.

Check out Tori at theshiksa.com She has an incredible array of recipes, all kosher and divided up by holiday/diet/dish type.
I know she is working on Passover right now, but she has a ton from the last two years.
I made Martha Stewart's Passover Sponge Cake (http://tinyurl.com/6lzbe75) for Passover last year and it was actually really good (served with fresh whipped cream and strawberries). I'm not sure how it would work with cupcakes but if you try it, you might skip the liners. You could also make wee sponge cakes filled with whipped cream and strawberries:
