Can I use cooked fruit for a sorbet?
I have oral allergy syndrome which makes me unable to eat all raw fruits and vegetables. I REALLY want to make a homemade sorbet (have various other food allergies so I can't eat store-bought). But I need to cook the strawberries before using them in a sorbet that's ok for me. Do you think it would work? I was going to use
this recipe.
