House for sale
I just had to share with someone. We put our old home on the market about a month ago. We had a younger bachelor type guy look at it twice and the second time he took his family. Today we were informed, from our realtor, that his family approved of the house and we are going to hear more Monday. Holy sh*t I am really excited. I hope he makes us an offer because I really need a new car. Having a baby and a 2 door car really sucks! I shouldn't say that, at least I have a car, and a good one (2005 but whose counting). It will be so nice to not have two mortgages and two utility bills! Fingers crossed!
