Lobster Bisque Recipe?
Does anyone have a good recipe for Lobster Bisque? I had it at Mitchell's Fish Market and loved it and would like to try and make it. Does anyone have any tried and true recipes?

This is with crawfish- but very easy, just replace with lobster! This ends up veyr meaty, so depending on how you like it, can chop up the meat a little more and double the liquid, still very hearty!
Also, I used a bit more of a roux to thicken it up and dh likes more hot sauce!
