Home from the big D!

Hey everyone...sorry I have been MIA since getting home...we got home Wednesday night, and I came down with the worst cold that night. I was in bed or on the couch all day yesterday...and am just now coming around today.

Anyway! WDW was everything I ever imagined it would be! Port Orleans Riverside is awesome and so nice...if you are thinking of staying there ever, definitely do it!

Our "Happy Anniversary" pins scored us some pretty sweet deals along the way....free champagne at the Brown Derby, we got pulled out of line and brought up to the front for several rides, got to keep our Fastpasses for Expedition Everest...so we were able to ride it over and over again, rode in the front car of the monorail, got put in "VIP" on the Rockin Roller Coaster and were able to ride in the front seats....awesome!!! There were a lot of perks with the pins...so...if you ever go while you are celebrating a special event....ask for pins and wear them! They got us so much! Not to mention every cast member we passed wished us a Happy Anniversary....it kind of freaked us out the first day...but we got used to it. :)

La Nouba was awesome....definitely another must see if you go! I don't know how those people are able to do the things that they do...it is crazy.

The food was good....the meal plan was great! Although we did charge a few meals to our room before it was all said and done, the meal plan did make eating a lot easier.... The Brown Derby was yummmmmy....but I think I enjoyed Boma the most. The food was so good. And the Food and Wine Festival....yum! I honestly didn't eat as much there as I thought I might...but the World Showcase was fun regardless!

I am a little loopy on cold meds right now...so I am sure I am leaving a few things out, but I had a blast...and all our pics are on myspace. A few are on facebook, but facebook kept messing up on me, so I only loaded a few there.

Thanks for everyone's tips and advice in helping me plan the trip! It was so awesome...I will defnitely go back...I hate that it is all over for now!
