If anyone is here... I have a dumb question.
I'm teaching (I know, this is alarming to me as well) a kid's cooking class in two hours.
We are making homemade pizzas with homemade dough.
I *think* I bake mine (raw crust, sauce, toppings) for 15 minutes at 350.
It has come to my attention that may be incorrect.
What do you think?

I heat the oven to 500 then turn it down to 475 and bake for 8 minutes. I do use a pizza stone, so I don't know if the baking surface would affect the cooking temp/time. Are you using a baking sheet or metal pizza pan?
I love my pizza stone. (Note to self... clean the oven and make pizza next weekend!)
