Anyone cook gluten free?

Hi everyone,

 I've never posted on the "What's Cooking" board before but I was just diagnosed with Crohn's/Colitis and am trying to find some good recipe ideas.  I've heard that a gluten free diet can go a long way in helping with my disease so i'm going to give it a go.  Does anyone here cook gluten free who can point me in the direction of some good recipes?
