It is 80 degrees here in the midwest...so we are grilling!  Hamburgers and corn (not sure how this is going to taste, we are spoiled with sweet corn in Nebraska)

My neighbor gave some me some corned beef and so I am so happy to have it for lunch tomorrow!

We had burgers for dinner, which were delicious, but grilling outside after having done tons of outside labor all day was not ideal.  It isn't like I've turned on the a/c in the house, though, because I'm stubborn.

My bro and his gf came to visit so we had short ribs with chipotle and green chili sauce, rice, guac, and salad.  For dessert we had pineapple upside down cakes.
