Maple glazed salmon
Rice
Asparagus
What would you serve with? I need another side...I guess I could do the standby green salad but that doesn't really appeal. Maybe some sort of roasted veggies?

Re: Help me plan my menu?
How are you cooking the asparagus?
I would probably serve a salad, but we almost always have salad with our dinner.
I just drizzle it with olive oil and salt and pepper and bake it for 10 minutes. Or sometimes I sautee it with garlic butter.
Maybe just rolls and a salad then?
i was thinking that the only thing really missing was a complimentary bread option, if you usually go that direction. the salad is fine, but not necessary, imo. you could always do a soup, too.
is this for a special occasion?
How funny...I was thinking that we rarely have one starch, much less two starches with a meal.
It all sounds good to me, but I think a green salad with a vinegarette would balance the meal nicely.
What about a fruit salad?
Is it weird that I think it's great and I'd serve it as is?
Your main course and sides are all stand out, flavorful dishes as is.
I've been thinking of things to add and couldn't think of anything that didn't seem repetative.
Either that or find an awesome dessert!
