In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thank you.

I've never had to use Feliway before, but I think that, while Callie and Gus are mostly tolerating each other, I'm seeing fear in both their behavior, which is likely to make their continued adjustment bumpier than it needs to be. I'm about 1/3 of the way through Cat Vs. Cat and have appreciated the good advice I've gotten from you all, but here's my dumb question - how long do I have to use Feliway? If I notice an improvement in their disposition and behavior and it does help to relax them, will the benefits go away if I ever stop using it, or do I use it as a "bridge" for a few months to help calm them down as they get to know each other and hopefully get friendlier? TIA!
Re: Rookie Feliway question
S tends to get crankier when the diffuser needs to be changed. Frankly, with 5, we will probably always use it.
But to answer your question, you could always give it a few months and then see how they are doing.
5 cats. 1 baby.
Ditto Kaiene. We plan on being lifelong users of Feliway. We have four cats and three dogs, and Feliway helps keep the peace between the cats.
