Thanks ellysaysopa for your awesome tzatziki recipe!
Tzatziki: http://ellysaysopa.com/2007/03/14/elly-is-still-saying-opa/
I finally made last week's Greek-style burgers last night, they were delicious.
I mixed 1/2 lb ground meat (buffalo) with some lemon pepper, oregano (1 tsp), salt, pepper and finely crumbled feta cheese (about 1/4 cup) for the burgers and grilled them.
Served on toasted olive ciabatta rolls and topped with a slice of tomato and this amazing tzatziki. Really good and something different to do with burgers on the grill.

Yeah that's right my name's Yauch!

I have yogurt straining in the frig as we speak so I can make some later :P.
Also, what BridgetMc said about it being healthy. That might be my favorite part.
