Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I was a yoga model this weekend

The woman who teaches my Saturday morning class is injured and is supposed to avoid using her left arm as much as possible, so obviously, there are some poses she can't do right now. Before class, she said, "For anything I can't do, everyone look at Liz. She's got a pretty good handle on most things."
Man, first hitting a gong, then being a model. It was a big yoga week for me!

Good job! I'm impressed as I'm normally shaky and sweaty and unstable as I do yoga... definitely not a model!
