Eating Clean and Traveling

I'm traveling half of this week, half of next week and half of the following week.  Yicks!  Because I will be with a group for the last two weeks, we'll be eating out a lot.  I plan to take clean snacks with me, nuts, dried fruit, and lara bars.  But, how do I eat clean at a hotel breakfast and at restaurants.  I don't want these few weeks to undo what I have worked hard for, not only weight wise, but getting rid of the sugar cravings.

Re: Eating Clean and Traveling

  • Assuming the hotel breakfast is a typical carb fest they should at least have apples and other fruit. I would bring a jar of almond butter and eat that with an apple.

At restaurants look for salads with protein. Or relace carb sides (potatoes, bread) with veggies.
