Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Eyeroll at sister
My sister lives in another state & was visiting this weekend. She asks me if I have papers for Chilly.
Me: She's a mutt.
Sister: I thought she was a Goldendoodle?
Me: Um, yeah. She's part Golden & part Poodle. That makes her a mutt.
Sister: Not really, because she's called a Goldendoodle. They sell them at pet stores.
Me: SMH! Omg! I tried to explain nicely. She just didn't get it.
Me: She's a mutt.

I got into an argument with my parents about how their "yorkie-poo", they got from a BYB was really a shi-tzu mix of some kind, and how anything mixed with a poodle is still a mutt, and not a breed. My mom sat there and told me that it was amazing that they were making dogs hypoallergenic that way, and that they were making new breeds.UGH
You just can't make some people understand.
