I used to recommend the Loreal Extra-Intense Liquid Liner Pencils (I have the brown and it's a great dark brown) but it seems to have dried up a little bit over time and it doesn't go on as easily.

I do, however, LOVE the NYX Slide-on Liner pencils and think they are awesome.  They seem to have a slightly more wet feel when they go on but once it sets it has awesome staying power (better, I feel, than the UD liners).

I use L'Oreal Paris Infallible Never Fail Eyeliner (mechanical pencil kind) and I find that it works pretty great. I have oily skin and a bad problem with eyeshadow creasing but the eyeliner usually lasts all day for me. It never runs from the bottom lid either.

I have a 24/7 liner I've never used in a brownish color if someone wants it cheap!  (was I allowed to post that?)

I'm a makeup whore and UD 24/7 pencils are the best. I highly suggest investing in them! They last  really long time, so you rarely re-apply it. It saves money in the long run imo.

Melani's liquif'eye is very soft and pigmented like UD 24/7 at a third of the price.
