please help me with dinner
I'm at the bf's again, so I'm making dinner for him and his aunt and uncle tonight. I was thinking I would do a pasta dish. Someone (sesha maybe, is that someone?) posted about having a roasted tomato pasta over the weekend. I was thinking I could do that with some slices of tomatoes, his aunt and uncle both really like peppers, can I throw some bell peppers in with the tomatoes while they are roasting? I was thinking I could toss those with the pasta and top it with some caramelized onions and cheese. Does that work? Would it be yummy?
I just want to do better that some veggies tossed with pasta.

Sounds good to me. You may also want to do a side salad first, and maybe garlic bread on the side.
What seasonings are you planning on putting on the tomatoes and peppers when roasting?

Yes, all of that sounds great and fresh!
We put green peppers, onions and tomatoes in our pasta primavera all the time and it tastes great! Sometimes if we have zucchini and squash instead of peppers then we will use those. We love ours with feta or shredded mozzarella!
